Ambient Events Limited provides a hands-on, professional event planning and implementation service for businesses located in the UK and international markets. Over the past three years we have developed particularly strong partnerships with associates in both Malta and Portugal. Working creatively with these associates we have developed a new concept of mini conference and incentive packages.
The packages are particularly attractive for companies planning management away weekends, short team development programmes or staff and customer incentives.
The initial packages are based on two or three nights at any one destination and over a long weekend. This involves flying out on a Friday and return on Sunday night or Monday morning. The first packages are based on the Douro Valley, Porto and Lisbon in Portugal and Malta but others in the pipeline involve destinations in Spain and Belgium. The concept can be specifically tailored to meet a clients specific needs and budget. Our suggestions include flights from the UK, a first class hotel, the services of guides and a dedicated event manager at the destination of your choice and all transfers. An all-inclusive conference and event programme features a welcome dinner, gala evening and a half day activity event. Increasingly, partners are included and our sample itineraries include a full day partner tour programme.
