Ambient Events project managers engage with the customer's internal management team, as soon as we are approached to provide a proposal. Face-to-face meetings of this kind enable us to understand the objectives and measurable outcomes on which the success of the event will be determined. Our in-house development team then use their extensive experience to provide recommendations that meet objectives whilst adding value through creativity.

Once we are appointed, the role of the event project manager is to ensure that the whole event management process is a non stressful experience for our clients and that every aspect is implemented with maximum efficiency and the minimum of anxiety. We also liaise with client and venue conference managers to ensure that, whatever the need, it is catered for and that every event runs smoothly, time schedules are maintained and all aspects of the process are trouble free and, most important, are delivered within budget and meet all expectations.

Whether we are dealing with a UK based organisation, or an international company wishing to hold an event in the UK, our hands on approach ensures that our customers receive the highest level of professional advice, creative thinking and full event management support.

The correct balance between business and leisure time

Experience has taught us that the most productive business meetings are those where thought is given to maximising the potential of those taking part to ensure that they are motivated to produce the required results whilst rewarded for their active participation. There can be a negative response if the chosen events destination has a wonderful range of additional facilities but no time has been allowed in the programme for candidates to enjoy them. By providing the correct balance between hard work and leisure time, our experienced project managers and specialist programme development staff are able provide our clients and their staff or customers with a truly productive, memorable, and a not too exhausting, experience.

We believe that any pricing policy should be completely transparent so that clients are aware of exactly what they will receive for the price we are quoting. Our final proposals clearly state what the price will be and how all the costs are broken down.

Ambient Events has built up specific expertise in a number of event planning and development fields.
