As a result of enquiries from existing customers and friends, we recently set up a cultural tourism service to provide corporate incentives and organised tours for special interest groups who are looking for destinations, venues and activities that provide something really different for the seasoned traveller.
Ambient Tours provides this service using our established relationships with organisation and venues in the UK, Belgium, Ireland, Malta, Portugal and Spain. So if you are looking for a themed programme around a special interest area, we can provide specifically tailor made packages to suit your needs.
Examples of the sort of activities provide include, 'The History of Malta', 'Walking in Yorkshire', 'A Gastronomic Tour of Belgium', 'A Wine Tour of the Duoro Valley in Portugal' or 'Following in the Footsteps of the Pilgrim Fathers in Nottinghamshire, Yorkshire and Lincolnshire'.
Working in conjunction with one of our partners in Portugal we have developed cultural 'taster' weekends based on Porto and Lisbon.
