Ambient Events Limited is well aware that our reputation can be badly affected by failure to deliver on the promises we make.

Maintaining complete control every step of the way is an integral part of the process.

This is equally true whether the event is held in the UK, or at one of a number of specially selected, international destinations.

For this reason, Ambient has established strategic partnerships with International Destination Management Companies (DMCs) that have been recommended to us because of their like minded approach to satisfying customer needs.

Where possible, exclusive, reciprocal arrangements have been negotiated whereby Ambient acts on behalf of our International partners in the UK, and the International DMCs manage all coordinated services on the ground, in conjunction with our project managers.
