Ambient Events Limited is aware that every event we manage on behalf of our clients is special.

It is important, therefore, that the whole event management process is a non stressful experience and that every aspect is implemented with maximum efficiency and the minimum of anxiety.

Ambient provide project managers for each event we coordinate.

Their role is to liaise with the customer's internal management team and venue conference managers to ensure that, whatever the requirement, it is catered for and that every event runs smoothly, time schedules are maintained and all aspects of the process are trouble free, delivered within budget and meet all expectations.
