Event Co-ordination

As a result of our background in marketing and communications, all staff at Ambient Tours are acutely aware that good, integrated communications is crucial to the smooth running of any activity.

This applies not only between Ambient and our nominated supplier representatives, but also between us and the destinations that are visited and the hotels and restaurants that we offer as part of our tour itineraries.

For this reason, we have developed complete communications packages to enable group organisers to provide up to date information, online or by e-newsletter, supply advance travel and accommodation documentation, electronically create all event itinerary literature and facilitate the smooth running of all activities at the chosen destinations.
