On-site technical support is essential at any large event.  Even if you don't need it on the day, it's a huge reassurance just to know it's available if you do.

At Ambient Events, we appreciate that there are a plethora of 'minor' issues that can make the difference between an event going swimmingly, and an event almost drowning.
