Experience has shown that there are any number of computer-related issues that can arise in staging any event - such is the nature of the IT environment.

This can range from relatively minor issues such as setting up a PC projector, to more in-depth convoluted matters such as identifying a fundamental hardware or software fault.  Essentially our technical support means providing you with the technical wherewithal to accomplish your project as efficiently as possible.

What that means is that we can help you with everything from making sure your presentation is projected at the correct display resolution, to interrogating your computer systems to identify programme faults and incompatabilities within the context of an Ambient Events project.
