Ambient Consultants has found that even in relatively small organisations there is a fragmentation of communications, with a host of individuals and departments creating an increasing number of communication outputs. The new technologies tend to drive this process.

 The result? Communication overload. 

This often leads to different individuals, from the same organisation, providing conflicting messages to their customers, suppliers and colleagues.

In order to eliminate this problem, Ambient has developed a systematic method of analysis and communications intervention. We call the process Integrated Communications Solutions (ICS).
